Titanium Dioxide (TiO<sub>2</sub>) Concentration-dependent Photovoltaic Cells Performance of PAni-TiO<sub>2</sub> Nanocomposite

By optimizing the features of photoactivated polyaniline-titanium dioxide (PAni-TiO 2 ) nanocomposite layer, varied concentrations TiO nanoparticles (NPs) inside PAni matrix were used to improve performance organic cells. In this work, polymer solar cells designed using FTO/(PAni- )/Ag combination. PAni-TiO films’ structural evolution, surface properties, optical and electrical characteristics have been studied. The XRD patterns showed that crystallite size gradually decreases from 18.7 12.8 nm depending on NPs concentration in matrix. addition, highly concentrated films was rougher more porous than it for pristine film. With varying incorporated into structure, PAni- based composite cells’ efficiency enhanced 0.33 0.85%. This conclusion is mostly related a shift accompanied by high increase roughness scales, led reduction reflected photons and, as consequence, an creation free carriers.
